Plants

July 11th, Day 14: Today we got into the healthy French mindset and took an 8 mile walk. We went over to the Promenade Plantée, essentially an elevated park walkway on old railroad infrastructure. We saw lots of flowers and people exercising and overall enjoyed the park, despite the confused sunny rainy weather. After we walked all the way down and back we realized we'd worked up an appetite. We stopped in at Café Tarmac, rightfully named so since we saw and heard dozens of planes fly overhead. Then we slowly made our way back home, walking along the seine and stopping by Pont Neuf to check out the Love Locks. Love Locks are padlocks that people lock to different things to symbolize their love for someone. From there we actually headed home. We are now very happy for our couch and the comforts it provides to our tired bodies. Tonight we get to have a sleepover in the top floor apartment just for funsies! It's now dinner time, Au Revoir!

(Pretty much all of these are Promenade Plantée and it's beauty)
